About Us
Who are we??
We are Paul & Teena Mitchell and we live in Boyle, Alberta, a little town in Northern Alberta surrounded by lots of lakes and farm land. We have lived here for 10 years and it's where I found my love of BBQ. It all started with a 22" Weber Kettle. No more gas, all charcoal. It was at about that time that I was starting to learn more and more about true bbq. From 2012 to 2018, I learned through trial and error how to use charcoal for grilling and smoking. I was simply overwhelmed by the great taste of charcoal. In 2018, I started using instagram to showcase my little hobby never thinking it would turn into anything else. That year that I started to expand my horizons and play around in the kitchen developing my own products. After years of testing my bbq sauce and rubs I finally decided it was time to let others experience them. In 2021 it became a reality and our products hit local shelves. We could not be more proud of what we have accomplished so far. My lovely wife Teena is always by my side to ready to encourage me and keep me grounded. She has been an integral part of this journey so far. Who knows what the future holds but we are sure that it will be tasty!! We just hope you like the products as much as we do.
